Eric Borsvold
We welcome Eric as our lead mechanic. He has 20 years of experience as a mechanic servicing Northern Michigan. Many of you already know Eric and know that he's one of the best mechanics in the county. He'll show you what's wrong with your car, and make sure you understand what needs to be fixed now and what can wait.

Tom Truelove
Tom has been self-employed and working in Traverse City for 20 years. He's in charge of customer service. When you call the shop, he'll most likely be the one answering the phone. He's a great guy to talk to and will make sure you're treated right. If you're dropping off your car and need a ride to work, Tom is the guy to get you there.

Shawn Truelove
Shawn has moved back to the area after being gone for 28 years. For the past 12 years he was self-employed in real estate development, construction, and mortgages. Before that he owned an auto repair shop in North Carolina. Shawn's job is to help run the business, pay the bills, take care of our suppliers, and to establish our business to business relationships throughout town. He's looking forward to meeting you, and helping to make sure we provide you with a local shop that you know and trust.
